The National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) mandatory posting requirement for most private employers, titled, “Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act,” has been delayed from the original January 31, 2012 posting date until April 30, 2012. Employers now have until April 30, 2012 to post the separate notice.
