Underground Gold Miners of California Museum is located in the Gold Mining town of Alleghany and is open by appointment only or during special events. Admission is free.

Group presentations about the history and geology of the Alleghany Mining District are available.

Museum exhibits tell tales of the underground gold miners, the local history and geology.

We are always looking for photographs and other items to add to our collection. See our website for more information.
