The Mohawk Valley Stewardship Council will present an evening of Cajun food and dance music with Mumbo Gumbo, at the Nakoma Resort and Spa on Saturday Sept 3, 2016.
This event is a fundraiser to help in the restoration of White Sulphur Springs Ranch. The popular band, Mumbo Gumbo will entertain attendees again this year.
They regularly appear at the Kentucky Mine and play a wide variety of celebratory, danceable music. The septet has a dedicated following and blends many genres from rock to soul.

In addition to the music and the beautiful setting, Nakoma will provide a Cajun buffet featuring chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya , blackened catfish with etouffee and assorted Cajun delicacies.
The music starts at 7:00 PM. The food buffet starts at 5:30. The Nakoma Resort and Spa is located at: 348 Bear Run in Clio, CA., just off State Route A15 between Clio and Portola.
